Adriann Canary

Hi, I’m Adriann Canary – a certified Ecotherapist, founder and president of the nonprofit organization Eden Dawn, mom of seven, and lifelong explorer of nature’s wisdom.

I grew up wandering the rugged mountains and still waters of Utah, and today I feel incredibly lucky to guide others into those same healing spaces. My work blends grounded clinical training with the wild, intuitive therapy that nature offers; sometimes that means a calm lakeside, a hike through pine-covered trails, or even a brisk cold plunge in alpine waters (yes, really!).

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families through depression, addiction, eating disorders, relationship struggles, and especially childhood behavioral challenges. With seven kids of my own, I understand the complexities and rewards of working with children – and I enjoy the creative, energetic approach it often requires.

I also love a challenge and welcome opportunities to broaden my expertise into new areas. Every person brings a unique story, and I’m always eager to learn and grow alongside my clients.

Whether it’s a mindful mountain walk, horseback riding, 4-wheeling, or just sitting quietly in the trees, I tailor each session to your needs, comfort level, and sense of adventure.

I’m based in Cedar City, Utah, and regularly lead sessions throughout our beautiful local landscapes. I’m also available to travel for ecotherapy across Utah and beyond.

If you’re looking for a grounded, heart-led, and slightly unconventional path to healing, one that might include muddy boots or a refreshing cold plunge, I’d be honored to walk it with you.
