Adriann Canary
Hi, I’m Adriann Canary -a certified Ecotherapist, founder and president of the nonprofit Eden Dawn, and lifelong seeker of nature’s wisdom.
I grew up roaming the rugged mountains and still waters of Utah, and I feel incredibly grateful to now guide others into those same healing landscapes. My work blends grounded training with the intuitive, restorative therapy that nature naturally provides. That might look like a peaceful lakeside conversation, a hike beneath pine-covered trails, a barefoot walk to reconnect with the earth, or even a brisk alpine cold plunge (yes - and it’s amazing!).
I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families working through depression, addiction, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and especially childhood behavioral struggles. With seven children of my own, I understand both the complexities and the joy of working with kids — and I genuinely enjoy the creative, energetic approach it often calls for.
I also welcome new challenges and opportunities to expand my expertise. Every person brings a unique story, and I’m committed to growing, learning, and walking alongside my clients as they navigate their own path toward healing.
Whether your session involves a mindful mountain walk, barefoot grounding, horseback riding, 4‑wheeling, or simply sitting quietly among the trees, I tailor each experience to your comfort level, needs, and sense of adventure.
Based in Cedar City, Utah, I regularly lead sessions throughout our beautiful local landscapes and am available to travel for ecotherapy across Utah and beyond.
If you’re looking for a grounded, heart-led, and slightly unconventional approach to healing — one that might involve muddy boots, bare feet, or a refreshing cold plunge — I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
